So we help parents to notice and respond to their kid’s cues and ideas, support their children in play and exploration and enjoy the results!

Meet our Director
Alice Palmer has been an Occupational Therapist for almost twenty years. She has a background in mental health including senior roles, working closely with other allied and medical professionals and guest lecturing at the University of Newcastle.
After having three children of her own she specialised in paediatric OT with an emphasis on the parent-child connection and emotional/behavioural regulation.
Alice has supervised and mentored other paediatric OTs and continues to see children and adolescents with a range of needs including children with symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, anxiety and social difficulties and other developmental delays.
Location
We are based in Newcastle NSW and cover Lake Macquarie, Central Coast, Hunter Valley and Port Stephens.
Both home visits and telehealth appointments are available.
